Company Culture
Values that don't translate into concrete practices are just words on a wall. The four items below each correspond to actions we actually carry out.
Quality First
Every statement in a warranty certificate must trace back to the inspection records for that batch. We would rather turn down an order than issue a certificate that doesn't match reality.
We Do What We Say
Delivery commitments are based on production capacity and shipping schedules. We verify the feasible date before scheduling, and once committed, we follow through to shipment.
Shared Responsibility with the Customer
We take part in material selection and standard confirmation early in the project, and we flag potential problem points before submitting a quote.
Long-Term Thinking
Export depends on repeat purchases, not one-off deals; customer technical requirements feed back into improving our production and document management.
The Four Items at the Core of Operations
| Values | Practical Approach | Verifiable Method |
|---|---|---|
| Quality First | Warranty certificate data comes directly from the inspection records for that batch, with no template applied | Request the original inspection records for any batch |
| Keeping Our Word | Confirm a realistic delivery date before scheduling, and track progress by milestone through to shipment after commitment | Compare the contractual delivery date with the actual shipment date |
| Customer Participation | Clarify potential problem points (standard differences, tolerances, packaging) before quoting | Risk-alert clauses in the quotation |
| Long-Term Orientation | Customer technical requirements are fed back into the product and document improvement list | Review implementation of improvements from the previous objection |
